Medical Memory is an application that seeks to empower people by making it easy to record, organize, and retrieve health care information. A person can record symptoms, doctor recommendations, medications—almost anything at all. The result is a valuable medical diary. In its final form, Medical Memory will be a hybrid between a stand-alone database and an Internet application.

Medical Memory currently exists as a standalone cross-platform application. We hope to create a robust web version which can support millions.
